City Council, January 7, 2015
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at 7:22 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran, Councilors Barry, Bray, Cano, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Barney S. Heath, Director, Planning & Redevelopment, requesting a status on the unused diner on Middle Street. The Council would like to know where this matter stands legally right now and what the future plans are for the diner. The Council is hoping that the structure can be removed from the property soon.

The Council would like this area cleaned up as soon as possible, before a snow storm comes and covers the trash for the winter.
