A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, February 27, 2014, at 5:50 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

Present – President Moran, Councilors Barros, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

Absent – Councilor Barry.

President Moran presides.

017 Communication from Joanna L’Heureux, Director of Finance, to the Honorable Members of City Council. (Audit Report for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2013), is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

017 Judith Ventura Enright, CPA, Principal, LGC&D, reviews a presentation with the City Council regarding the Audit for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2013, which is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

Upon motion made by Councilor Mercer, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the Council ACCEPTS the following report on a roll call vote, as follows:
