A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at 7:57 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present - Councilors Barros, Barry, Hodge, Mercer, Rudd, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – President Moran.
President Pro-Tempore Hodge presides.
The reading of the records of July 24, 2013 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Paul King, Chief of Police, requesting that he look into citing people who shoot off illegal fireworks with violations of the noise ordinance as a deterrent to this problem.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Lance A. Hill, Director of Public Works, asking for an update on the plan for the city cemeteries.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Lance A. Hill, Director of Public Works, requesting that if Ivy and Paisley Streets cannot be added to the list of streets to be repaved, then at least patch the numerous potholes as soon as possible to try to eliminate the vehicle damage caused by these defects. .
