City Council, October 2, 2012
A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, October 2, 2012, at 5:26 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Moran; Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, O’Neill, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Barros.
President Moran presides.

ENTERTAINMENT –
Petition of O Fest RI LLC in conjunction with Mobile Animal Safety Initiative Inc. to conduct an October Fest at the Pawtucket Armory on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday October 6 and 7, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., LIC# 8475
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HODGE.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the following license is APPROVED with the following amendment, on a unanimous voice vote:

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR WILDENHAIN.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Michael E. Burns, Traffic Engineering Supervisor, with a copy to Police Chief King, requesting that he work with the police department to provide the Council with a list of all accidents which occurred on the section of Perrin Avenue between Robinson Avenue and Carter Avenue over the past twelve months.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR CHADWICK.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Chadwick, seconded by Councilor Barry, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Major Bruce Moreau asking that he determine who is picking up trash at Amanda’s Restaurant at 4:30 a.m. so that action may be taken to prevent further violations of the legal start time of 7:00 a.m.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by the Entire City Council, the meeting is adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
