There will be no auto body work, and that repair work is for the general public, not just on the cars he is selling.
Presently, part of the repair work is being subbed out to other people.
Councilor Barry states that subbing out the repair work allows unlicensed people to provide auto repair services and is not allowed.

Mr. Vitali will be leasing the property from the owner.
His hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
There will be no leasing of the bays.
Also speaking is Patrick Kapsner, 553 Kenyon Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Mr. Kapsner states that he lives about 100 feet from this new location and has dealt with Mr. Vitali at his previous location.
He believes that the business will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Michael Lewis, Director, RI Department of Transportation, requesting that RIDOT perform a study on the condition of the sidewalks along both sides of the Division Street Bridge. This request is being made because of the closure of the sidewalk on one side of the bridge due to dislocated planks, resulting in all pedestrian traffic walking on the other side of the bridge, making a dangerous crossing of the Division Street Bridge to the other side.
