A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Monday, January 3, 2011, at 5:05 p.m., at Tolman High School, Room 208, Exchange Street, Pawtucket, RI.

Present – Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Moran, O’Neill, Tetreault and Wildenhain.

Absent – President Kinch, Councilor Barros.

President Pro Tempore Hodge presides.

591 Communication from Council President Henry S. Kinch, calling a Final Session of the 2009-2010 Pawtucket City Council on Monday, January 3, 2011, at 5:05 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

The following resolution is read and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:

Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Moran, O’Neill, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
