A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at 6:31 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Pro-Tempore Hodge; Councilors Barros, Chadwick, Tetreault and Vitali.
Absent – President Kinch; Councilors Barry and Moran.
President Pro-Tempore Hodge presides.
Upon unanimous consent of the Council, the Council leaves the Chambers and enters into Executive Session in the City Council Office, Room 303, at 6:34 p.m. pursuant to §42-46-4 and §42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation, on a roll call vote, as follows:
AYES – President Pro-Tempore Hodge; Councilors Barros, Chadwick, Tetreault and Vitali.
NOES - 0.
The Council discusses the following:

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Vitali, the Council returns to open session at 7:05 p.m. on a roll call vote, as follows:

Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the minutes of the meeting held in executive session are sealed on a roll call vote, as follows:
