City Council, June 23, 2010
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Moran, Vitali and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Tetreault.
President Kinch presides.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES IMMEDIATELY TO CONDUCT THE PRE-COUNCIL AGENDA, THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS AND THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE AMENDMENTS TO THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE FY2010-2011, AS AMENDED.
THE COUNCIL RECONVENES AT 7:46 P.M.
The reading of the records of June 9, 2010 and June 15, 2010 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

The Clerk in instructed to send a communication to John E. Carney, Director of Public Works, requesting that some form of warning be given to residents so they can move their cars when the street sweepers are about to come down the street.
