A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at 7:22 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Vitali, Tetreault and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Moran.

The reading of the records of June 23, 2010 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Mr. Horan submits the attached business plan, which addresses concerns of the abutters.
Ms. Rosario states that the hours of business will be Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
President Kinch states that the neighbors are okay if the business does not become a junkyard and that all work is done inside.
Ms. Rosario states there will be three mechanics. The chief mechanic is a cousin with thirteen years of experience. The other two will also be experienced mechanics.
President Kinch adds the following stipulations to the license:
