City Council, April 13, 2010
A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, April 13, 2010, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Moran, Tetreault and Vitali.
Absent – Councilors Chadwick and Hodge.
President Kinch presides.
Upon unanimous consent of the Council, the Council leaves the Chambers and enters into Executive Session in the City Council Office, Room 303, at 5:31 p.m. pursuant to §42-46-4 and §42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation, on a roll call vote, as follows:
AYES – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Moran, Tetreault and Vitali.
NOES - 0.

The Council returns to open session at 6:08 p.m. on a roll call vote, as follows:

Upon motion made by Councilor Barry, seconded by Councilor Moran, the minutes of the meeting held in executive session are sealed on a roll call vote, as follows:
