City Council, June 24, 2009
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Tetreault and Vitali.
Absent – Councilors Moran and Wildenhain
President Kinch presides.

After reaching an agreement with the license holders of Jiffy Lube # 824 on the addition of new stipulations on their Auto Repair Shop License, upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Vitali, the show cause hearing on the Auto Repair Shop License of Mc LLC d/b/a Jiffy Lube #824, 121 Newport Ave. LIC#2251 is TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Hodge, on behalf of Council President Kinch, seconded by Councilor Vitali, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote:

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Joseph Baker, Action Administrator, Division of Highway and Bridges, RIDOT, requesting that the stretch of road from Rt. 95 North, at Exit 27 to the Division Street Bridge in the City of Pawtucket be maintained/ resurfaced, as promised.
Upon motion made by Councilor Vitali, seconded by Councilor Chadwick, the meeting is adjourned at 8:35 p.m. in memory of Bob Tefft, retired Pawtucket Police Officer.
