A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 7:36 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Kinch, Councilors Barros, Barry, Chadwick, Hodge, Moran, Tetreault, Vitali and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – 0.

 

President Kinch presides.

 

 

The reading of the records of December 17, 2008 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Representative William San Bento requesting that he contact the Twin Rivers Casino to see what can been done to ease the traffic on Power Road, Weeden Street and Cobble Hill Road. Councilor Chadwick is requesting a traffic light and a crosswalk at that intersection.
