City Council, June 25, 2008
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Bray, Councilors Barry, Chadwick, Grebien, Hodge, Kinch, Moran and Wildenhain.
Absent – 0.
President Bray presides.
The reading of the records of June 11, 2008 is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Barry, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR LICENSES WAS CONTINUED AT THE JUNE 11, 2008 MEETING AND IS AGAIN TAKEN UP:
Petition for Auto Repair and Second Hand Shop Licenses (Class A & B – Selling Used Automobiles & Parts) by R. Teto Motor Sales, Inc., d/b/a R. Teto Motor Sales, 172 York Avenue, Tax Assessor’s Plat 38, Lot 248, to keep a shop for the purpose of repairing automobiles and purchasing and selling second hand articles, specifically: used automobiles and parts.
Speaking in favor is Hever Juarez, 17 Brown Street, North Providence, RI.
Councilor Kinch states that there should be no test driving on side streets. There shall be no painting, sanding or banging.
Councilor Kinch states that the business shall close at 6:00 a.m.
Mr. Juarez states that he will be detailing cars that are bought at auctions. The cars will turn over quickly.
There are no other speakers.
