Mr. Vieira states that the same business came before the City Council two weeks ago for a license on Newport Avenue. This is an identical application except different address.
Mr. Martins states that they are waiting for approval on Newport Avenue by Hyundai and hope to get it within the next 30 days. However, they are having a problem getting the okay. Mr. Martins does not want to remain permanently on Division Street. If he does not get permission from Hyundai on Newport Avenue, he has another location in mind.
Mr. Martins states that they currently have a month-to-month lease, which may last for 30 days or up to 5 years at Division Street.
Attorney Vieira presents a communication from Pride authorizing the transfer of the license. He states that Mr. Martins will not be operating at multiple locations.

1. No storage of bumpers outside of the existing building will be permitted, however the following exceptions will be allowed;
a) A maximum of 1-3 racks containing up to two hundred twenty five (225) bumpers may be placed next to the building in the area of the loading dock in the southwest corner of the building until such time as an additional storage unit is approved by the City Council and at which time these racks and bumpers would need to be enclosed in the new storage unit with absolutely no outside storage of bumpers thereafter.
b) All bumpers must be moved inside the building within 48 hours of delivery.
c) All bumpers currently stored outside must be removed within 30 days.
2. Deliveries of bumpers and trash removal will be allowed only during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3. No work may be performed outside of the building with the exception of the unloading, sorting and loading of bumpers during normal business hours.
4. The grounds of the property will be cleaned and maintained and all debris from building renovations, surplus wood, rocks, and unused vehicles and trucks shall be removed within 30 days.
5. All emissions from the building must be properly controlled in accordance with all applicable regulations.
6. No buildings or structures of any kind may be erected on the property without prior City Council approval.
