City Council, July 25, 2007
A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, July 25, 2007, at 12:09 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present - President Bray, Councilors Carr, Chadwick, Grebien, Hodge, Kinch, and Wildenhain.
Absent - Councilors Barry and Moran.
President Bray presides.
The reading of the records of July 11, 2007 are dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the *Consent Agenda is APPROVED, on a unanimous voice vote.

Lynch-Gadaleta, Esq., regarding the entitled ordinance, “An Ordinance in Amendment of Section 173-5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pawtucket, 1996, Entitled “Jurisdiction” (Curfew for Juveniles)” which was referred back to the Ordinance Committee for review. Councilor Hodge requests that you contact Councilor Carr to discuss his concerns on this ordinance.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to John E. Carney, Director of Public Works; Michael D. Cassidy, Director of Planning and Redevelopment and Michael Burns, Traffic Engineering Supervisor, requesting that they paint traffic arrows in the parking lot of the McKinnon-Alves Soccer Complex so that vehicles will all travel in the same direction when entering, driving through and exiting the lot. A response is requested in time for the August 8, 2007 Council meeting.
