Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Councilor Bray introduces the following Amendment:
DECREASE IN PERSONAL SERVICES EXPENSE: TOTAL $229,173

With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Clemente, is PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:

$550,000 of the City's Reserve Fund was utilized to curtail the increase in FY06's tax rate, any additional state aid received as a result of changes by the legislature to the Governor's Budget shall be used to replenish the reserve fund up to the budgeted transfer of $550,000.
