A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, May 11, 2005, at 7:15 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Grebien, Councilors Barry, Carr, Clemente, and Moran, Vitali, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Bray and Hodge

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to James P. Mooney, Health Agent, City of Attleboro, regarding landscaping materials being dumped by Case Construction on their property in Attleboro. Councilor Moran states that this material is being dumped close to the backyard property line of homes on Kenyon Avenue in Pawtucket, and would like to know if this is legal under Massachusetts zoning or environmental laws. A response is requested in time for the next City Council meeting scheduled for May 25, 2005.
