City Council, December 1, 2005
A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Thursday, December 1, 2005, at 12:09 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Grebien, Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, Vitali, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Clemente.
President Grebien presides.
Upon unanimous consent of the Council, the Council immediately enters into Executive Session pursuant to Section 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation, on a roll call vote as follows:
AYES – President Grebien, Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, Vitali, and Wildenhain.
NOES - 0.
The Council discusses the School Department’s Budget and the possibility of pending litigation.
The Council returns to open session at 12:45 p.m.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Barry, the minutes of the meeting held in executive session are sealed, on a roll call vote, as follows:
AYES – President Grebien, Councilors Barry, Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, Vitali, and Wildenhain.
NOES - 0.
