The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Pamela M. Marchand, P.E. Chief Engineer, Pawtucket Water Supply Board, regarding the use of barbed wire by the Pawtucket Water Supply Board and how this is a violation of the City’s ordinances.
President Barry is asking that this barbed wire be removed immediately.
