UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE, THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS READ FOR THE FIRST TIME AND PASSED ON A ROLL CALL VOTE, AS FOLLOWS:

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ORDINANCE 2005-2009
THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS TAKEN UP:
ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 2004-2005
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Councilor Moran introduces the following Amendment:
DECREASE PERSONAL SERVICE EXPENSE: TOTAL $130,000

| | Police Department Overtime | $ 30,000 |
Upon motion made by Councilor Moran, second by Councilor Wildenhain, the following amendments are read and PASSED on a roll call vote as follows:

Upon motion made by Councilor Hoyas, seconded by Councilor Hodge, a Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at 6:00 p.m., on the amendments to the following ordinance:
