A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.

The Council would like to know, by line item, indicating revenues, expenditures and the net surplus or deficit projection. Also requested is a narrative explanation of any line item projected to be $10,000 positive or negative to budget.

Mr. Duarte states the business will consist of purchasing and selling used tools and the repair of tools.
Mr. Duarte states that this is their first venture into this kind of business.
The hours of operation will be Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Councilor Moran states that the current advertisement on the building is a violation of the zoning ordinance regarding signage.
Mr. Duarte states that they will contact the Zoning Department to remedy any violations. They will only use the corner part of the building, the other section is used by the owner for storage.
