A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, January 7, 2004, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.

PRESIDENT BARRY ASKS THE ORDINANCE COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE  FOLLOWING IN THE CITY’S ZONING ORDINANCE :

 

1.   Increase the minimum number of parking spaces per dwelling unit.

2.   Increase the minimum size of buildable lots to 75,000 square feet.

3.   Consider a design review process.

 

 

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 7:43 p.m.
