A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Monday, January 3, 2005, at 5:50 p.m., in the Tolman High School Principal’s Office, Exchange Street, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Hodge, and Wildenhain.

 

Absent – Councilors Clemente, Grebien, Hoyas and Moran.

 

President Barry presides.

 

591      Communication from Council President, John J. Barry, III, calling a Final Session of the 2003-2004 Pawtucket City Council on Monday, January 3, 2005, at 5:45 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

 

COUNCILOR MORAN ARRIVES AT 5:51 P.M.

 

The following ordinance is read for the second time and PASSED on a roll call vote as follows:

 

AYES – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.

 

NOES - 0.

 

330      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 388 OF THE PAWTUCKET CODE OF ORDINANCES, 1996, ENTITLED “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.” (4-Way Stop Signs – Rosemere Road and Ridgewood Road)

 

The following resolution is read and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:

 

AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.

 

NOES – 0.

 

588      RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING UNFINISHED BUSINESS TO THE NEW CITY COUNCIL OF 2005-2006.

 

Upon motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
