A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, November 5, 2003, at 7:17 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.  

 

Absent – Councilor Grebien.

The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Michael D. Cassidy, Director, Planning & Redevelopment, requesting that he attend the November 19, 2003, meeting of the City Council.

 

The Council is asking for information regarding an “Invitation to Bid” notice in The Times regarding the Silver Top Diner Construction Project.  This notice indicates the cost of construction is estimated at $400,000, and the Council would like Mr. Cassidy to explain what this involves.  The Council is also requesting that he be prepared to answer questions regarding the total amount of monies spent on this project to date, and any other questions the Council may have regarding this project.

 

The following ordinance is read for the second time and PASSED on a roll vote, as follows:
