City Council, February 3, 2003
A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Monday, February 3, 2003, at 5:08 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, and Moran.
Absent – Councilor Wildenhain.
President Barry presides.
591 Communication from Council President, John J. Barry, III, calling a meeting of the City Council on Monday, February 3, 2003, at 5:00 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.
DISCUSS WATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITY WITH MAYOR DOYLE.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR HODGE.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the following motion is approved on a unanimous voice vote:
A three member panel is appointed to work with Mayor James E. Doyle, and Pamela M. Marchand, P.E., Chief Engineer, Pawtucket Water Supply Board, to try to move forward on the Water Treatment Plant Facility.
The three members appointed are:
Councilor Raymond T. Hoyas, Jr.
Councilor Mary E. Bray
Councilor Robert E. Carr
The meeting is to be held within 14 days.
Upon motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the meeting is adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
