A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at 7:04 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, and Hodge.
Absent – President Barry, Councilors Hoyas, Moran and Wildenhain.

The first speaker is Rui Lopes, Applicant, 122 Crest Drive, Pawtucket RI.
Mr. Lopes states that he will be customizing vehicles, and only repairing parts that need replacing.
Mr. Lopes states that he has life long experience in garage work.
Councilor Grebien states that he would like to see the following stipulations placed on this type of license.

Speaking in opposition is Paul Berthelette, 114 Webster Street, Pawtucket RI.
Mr. Berthelette states he has been living on Webster Street since 1988 and wants to be sure that no storage of vehicles will be on this lot, and has major concerns on this issue.
