A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at six thirty-seven o’clock p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. 

Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran and Wildenhain.

Absent –Councilors Carr and Hoyas.

President Barry presides.

591      Communication from Council President, John J. Barry, III, calling a Special Session   of the City Council on Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 4:00 p.m., is READ AND ORDERED FILED.

The following ordinance is read for the second time and PASSED on a roll call vote as follows:

AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.

NOES - 0.

330      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF THE PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET SPECIFICALLY CHAPTERS 2567 AND 2619.  (Professional & Technical Employees Local 3960)

UPON RECOMMENDATION OF THE AD HOC REDISTRICTING COMMITTEE, THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS READ FOR THE FIRST TIME AND PASSED ON A ROLL CALL VOTE, AS FOLLOWS:

AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.

NOES - 0.

AN ORDINANCE REDISTRICTING THE COUNCILMANIC DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET.

Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Bray, the meeting is adjourned at six forty o’clock p.m.
