A regular session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Wednesday, May 24, 2000, at eight four o’clock p.m., at Jenks Jr. High School, Media Center, Division Street, Pawtucket, RI. 

 

Present – President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.

SECTION 3.  REMOTE ACCESS FEES FUND.

 

A special fund known as the “Clerk’s Records Remote Access Fees Fund” shall be maintained by the City of Pawtucket for the preservation, maintenance and expansion of the computerized land evidence records system.

 

SECTION 4.  PURPOSE.

 

All monies generated from fees collected through the remote access land records system, shall be maintained in the remote access fees fund account to be administered by the City Clerk.

 

SECTION 5.  YEARLY REPORTS.

 

The City Clerk shall submit an annual report to the City Council detailing revenues and expenditures relative to the Remote Access Fees Fund.
