Upon motion made by Councilor Clemente, seconded by Councilor Hodge, Newton Carrasco d/b/a Panal Chicken, is given a FORMAL WARNING for violation of the R.I.G.L 5-24-1 relative to the hours of operation of the 1st Class Victualling House License.
Any further violations will result in further action by the Pawtucket City Council, including additional fines, suspension, or revocation of license.
