City Council, May 25, 1999
A special session of the City Council is held Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at five one o’clock p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Present - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Hoyas.
President Barry presides.
The following ordinance is read for the second time and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Moran, and Wildenhain.

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR MORAN.
With majority consent of the Council, the following motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Wildenhain, is PASSED on a unanimous voice vote.
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to John Holmes, Animal Control Officer, Pawtucket Animal Shelter, regarding complaints from Joseph Zito, 20 Eldridge Street, stating there is a barking dog problem in this neighborhood.
The Council is requesting that these complaints be investigated and a report be given to the Council in time for the next meeting scheduled for June 9, 1999.
Upon motion made by Councilor Wildenhain, seconded by Councilor Hodge, the meeting is adjourned at five five o’clock p.m.
