City Council, May 20, 1999
A special session of the City Council is held Thursday, May 20, 1999, at six nine o’clock p.m, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Present - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilor Clemente
President Barry presides.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES IMMEDIATELY TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MUNICIPAL BUDGETS.
COUNCILOR CLEMENTE ARRIVES AT SIX FOURTEEN O’CLOCK P.M.
THE COUNCIL RECONVENES AT SIX FORTY-FOUR O’CLOCK PM.
Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, the following ordinance is read for the first time and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
NOES - 0.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ORDINANCE 2000-2004.
Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, the following ordinance is read for the first time and PASSED on a roll call vote, as follows:
AYES - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Carr, Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, Moran, and Wildenhain.
NOES - 0.
