A special session of the Pawtucket City Council is held Thursday, December 23, 1999, at eight seven o’clock a.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
Present – President Barry, Councilors Clemente, Grebien, Hodge, Hoyas, and Wildenhain.
Absent – Councilors Bray, Carr, and Moran.
President Barry presides.
