City Council, August 19, 1998

A regular session of the City Council is held Wednesday, August 19, 1998, at twelve seven o’clock p.m. All the members are present, except Councilor Bray and Councilor Moran; President Barry presides.

The reading of the records of August 5, 1998, is dispensed with and the records are APPROVED as prepared by the Clerk.

Upon motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Grebien, the *Consent Agenda is approved on a unanimous voice vote.
