Councilor Bray introduces the following amendment:
Reduce line item 1920 in Police Department Budget (Police Pension - New) by $70,000, and reduce line item 1920 in Fire Department Budget (Fire Pension - New) by $70,000, so that both line items 1920 in Police and Fire departments reflect $700,000 for a total of $1,400,000 for payment into the Pension plan.
