Petition for CLASS C SECOND HAND SHOP LICENSE of Blackstone Valley Chapter Rhode Island Association for Retarded Citizens (RIARC) d/b/a New To You, 541 Armistice Boulevard, Tax Assessor=s Plat 17, Lot 799, to keep a shop for the purpose of purchasing and selling second hand articles, specifically used clothing, furniture, toys and household goods, which was advertised for a hearing at this time, is taken up:

Ms. Harrower states that the business is located at the former carpet shop on Armistice Boulevard.
