Several Councilors have noted that as late as last week, there has been a lot of ear shattering noise in the City.

As he is aware, most parks are scheduled to close at 9:00 p.m. Councilor Hodge noted that the neighbors are not too upset if people are still there around 10:00 p.m. but they do get upset if they are there much later than that.

Specifically, the Council would like to know if he could have signs made up stating "Temporary No Parking" during street sweeping, which can be moved and placed on the streets which are to be swept. These signs should state the fines for violations of the order.

The Council would like to know if it is customary to suspended these employees with pay rather than without pay under these circumstances. If it is customary, the Council would like to know why they are not suspended without pay.
