A regular session of the City Council is held Friday, December 20, 1996, at six thirty-two o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilors Bray, Rabbitt and Vieira and President Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 11, 1996, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Hodge, seconded by Councilor Butler, the *Consent Agenda is approved on a unanimous voice vote.
