City Council, June 6, 1994
A special session of the City Council is held Monday, June 6, 1994, at five eight o’clock p.m. All the members are present and President Barry presides.
The Annual Operating Budget Ordinance 1994–1995 is taken up:

Upon Motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the following amendments to the Annual Operating Budget Ordinance 1994–1995 are approved on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Doyle, Hodge, Kinder, Moran and Rabbitt.
Noes - Councilors Demopulos and Vieira.
INSERT AMENDMENTS HERE
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR DOYLE.
With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion to reduce the Levy to reflect 0% tax increase this year is DEFEATED on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - Councilors Demopulos, Doyle, Moran and Vieira.
Noes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Hodge, Kinder and Rabbitt.
The following ordinance is read for the first time AS AMENDED and passed on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Hodge, Kinder and Rabbitt.
Noes - Councilors Demopulos, Doyle, Moran and Vieira.
