Upon Motion made by Councilor Bray, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the following amendments to the Annual Operating Budget Ordinance 1994–1995 are approved on a roll call vote, as follows:

Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Doyle, Hodge, Kinder, Moran and Rabbitt.

Noes - Councilors Demopulos and Vieira.

INSERT AMENDMENTS HERE

THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR DOYLE.

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion to reduce the Levy to reflect 0% tax increase this year is DEFEATED on a roll call vote, as follows:

Ayes - Councilors Demopulos, Doyle, Moran and Vieira.

Noes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Hodge, Kinder and Rabbitt.

The following ordinance is read for the first time AS AMENDED and passed on a roll call vote, as follows:

Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Hodge, Kinder and Rabbitt.

Noes - Councilors Demopulos, Doyle, Moran and Vieira.
