City Council, December 16, 1994
A regular session of the City Council is held Friday, December 16, 1994, at six thirty-seven o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilors Demopulos and Vieira and President Barry presides.
The reading of the records of December 7, 1994, is dispensed with and the records are approved as prepared by the Clerk.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Kinder, seconded by Councilor Moran the *Consent Agenda is approved on a unanimous voice vote:

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Rabbitt, seconded by Councilor Kinder, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to send a communication to Roland Mousally, Executive Director, Pawtucket Housing Authority and Fred Ihenacho, Director of Public Works, regarding the claim of Annlyn Realty Inc., which the City paid in the amount of $6,518.63.
This claim was apparently caused by a grease problem at Galego Court, which got into the sewer line, causing a backup into the offices at Annlyn Realty. The Council would like them to get together to insure that this problem is corrected, so it will be not happen again.

With majority consent of the Council, upon Motion made by Councilor Moran, seconded by Councilor Kinder, the pre-council minutes of the meeting held in executive session, pursuant to R.I.G.L. Section 42–46–5, subsection (2) regarding pending litigation, are sealed on a unanimous voice vote.
