A special session of the City Council is held Monday, August 29, 1994, at five twenty o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present except Councilors Doyle, Hodge, Moran and Rabbitt; President Barry presides.
