A Special Session of the City Council is held Tuesday, May 5, 1992, at five five o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilor Rabbitt and President Barry presides.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES IMMEDIATELY TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 1991–1992.

THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS LAID ON THE TABLE ON A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE:
ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 1810, 1845, 1853, 1899, 1933, 2007, 2037, AND 2114 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, AMENDING SAID PLAN BY ADDING THERETO PROVISIONS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AREAS FOR PROJECT NO. P-CDA-XVII (See Exhibit A)

Upon Motion made by Councilor Clement, seconded by Councilors Rabbitt and Kinder, any Councilor wishing not to receive the weekly "turnaround reports" should notify the Finance Depa [illegible]ment.
