City Council, March 5, 1992.

591      A special session of the City Council is held Tuesday, March 5, 1992, at six seven o’clock p.m. at the Elizabeth Baldwin Elementary School, 50 Whitman Street, Pawtucket, RI, for the Purpose of Swearing-in Councilor-Elect Mary E. Bray. All the members are present and President Barry presides.

Invocation is offered by Reverend Kevin J. Brassil, Pastor St. Edward’s Church, Pawtucket, RI.

The Pledge of Allegiance is led by Theodore King, Police Chief, Retired.

The Certificate of Election of Councilor-Elect Mary E. Bray is read by Dawn McCormick, Registrar, Board of Canvassers.

The Oath of Office is administered to Councilor-Elect Mary E. Bray by His Honor, Mayor Robert E. Metivier.

Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Clement, the meeting is adjourned at six thirteen o’clock p.m.
