With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilor Rabbitt, seconded by Councilor Calista, is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to have the following Resolutions hand-delivered to the Pawtucket Delegation to the General Assembly tomorrow, June 23, 1992:
Resolution requesting passage of H-9605 which would allow the City of Pawtucket to tax non-owner occupied residential complexes that are nine units or larger at the commercial rate.
Resolution urging the Pawtucket Delegation to the General Assembly to oppose any Fiscal Year 1993 State Budget which does not provide increased state aid or relaxation of state mandates for schools.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES AT SEVEN TWENTY O’CLOCK P.M. TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MUNICIPAL BUDGETS.
