A Special Session of the City Council is held Tuesday, April 28, 1992, at seven six o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilor Kinder and Rabbitt and President Barry presides.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES IMMEDIATELY TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE 1991-1992 ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE.

THE COUNCIL RECONVENES AT SEVEN TWENTY-TWO O’CLOCK PM.
THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE IS TAKEN UP:
ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 1991-1992
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILOR DOYLE.
With majority consent of the Council, Councilor Doyle requests that the Ordinance Entitled ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 1991-1992 BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Amend Line Item 200-210-2100 School Department from $40,384,977 to $42,326,479 ($1,941,502 Additional).
Amend Estimated Cash Receipts 907–2100 0703 Foundation Program Aid from $20,102,606 to $21,827,409 ($1,724,803 additional).
