City Council, April 13, 1992.
A special session of the City Council is held Monday, April 13, 1992, at five twenty-five o’clock p.m. at the Peppermill Restaurant, 636 Central Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. All the members are present and President Barry presides.
UPON MOTION MADE BY COUNCILOR VIEIRA, SECONDED BY COUNCILOR KINDER THE COUNCIL ENTERS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO 42–46–5, SUBSECTION (1) OF THE GENERAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, RELATING TO JOB PERFORMANCE ON A ROLL CALL VOTE, AS FOLLOWS:
Ayes - President Barry, Councilors Bray, Calista, Clement Doyle, Kinder, Moran, Rabbitt and Vieira.
Noes - 0
The Council reconvenes in Open Session at seven fifty-nine o’clock p.m.
Upon Motion made by Councilor Vieira, seconded by Councilor Kinder the meeting is adjourned at eight o’clock p.m.
