City Council, September 30, 1991.
A special session of the City Council is held Monday September 30, 1991, at three thirty-five o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilmembers Doyle, Robert Lynch, William Lynch, and Rabbitt; President Houle presides.
The following ordinance is read for the second time and passed on a roll call vote, as follows:

Ordinance in Amendment of Chapter 1500, "Yard and Garage Sales" (Removing Signs and Penalties)

With majority consent of the Council, Councilman Barry introduces the following ordinance:
Ordinance in Amendment of Chapter 2197 of the Ordinances of the City of Pawtucket Entitled "An Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for the City of Pawtucket, and Repealing Chapter 2173. (Department of Public Works - Traffic Engineer Division)
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the following Ordinance is LAID ON THE TABLE on a unanimous voice vote:

With majority consent of the Council, the following Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder is passed on a unanimous voice vote:
The Clerk is instructed to invite Jim Glasson, Substance Abuse Coordinator, to attend a pre-council session scheduled for October 9, 1991, to explain the Grant received by the Pawtucket Substance Abuse Task Force.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the meeting is adjourned at three thirty-eight o’clock p.m.
