THE COUNCIL RECESSES AT 3:09 PM INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL MATTERS, A ROLL CALL VOTE AS FOLLOWS:

COUNCILMAN WILLIAM LYNCH ARRIVES AT 3:09 pm.
THE COUNCIL RETURNS TO OPEN SESSION AT 3:30 PM.

Communication from James H. Higgins, Director Department of Public Safety to Raymond W. Houle, Jr., President Pawtucket City Council. (Permission to Reinstate Captain Robert Force)
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the request to reinstate Captain Robert Force to act as Administrative Aide to the Police Commander is approved on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Houle, Councilmembers Barry, Calista, Kinder, William Lynch and Vieira.
Noes - 0.
The following ordinances are LAID ON THE TABLE on a unanimous voice vote:
Ordinance Entitled "Loitering for Indecent Purposes."
Ordinance Entitled "Soliciting from Motor Vehicles for Indecent Purposes."
Upon Motion made by Councilman Kinder, seconded by Councilman Barry, the Plans to renovate the City Clerk’s Department are approved on a unanimous voice vote.
