A special session of the City Council is held Tuesday, June 25, 1991, at three nine o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilmen Doyle, Robert Lynch, William Lynch and Rabbitt; and President Houle presides.
COUNCILMAN WILLIAM LYNCH ARRIVES AT THREE TWELVE O’CLOCK P.M.
REVIEW OF EXPENDITURES AND PURCHASE ORDERS ARE TAKEN UP:
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, all Requisitions presented by Joseph Roque, Purchasing Agent, are Approved for Payment on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder the Claim of Roland Sarrazin, Jr., is approved for payment in the amount of $3,750.
Turnaround Report, submitted by Jack Rahill, Finance Director, dated June 25, 1991, is ORDERED FILED.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder all requisitions presented by Jack Rahill, Finance Director, are approved for payment on a unanimous voice vote.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder the meeting is adjourned at three fifty-five o’clock p.m.
