City Council, June 20, 1991.

591      A special emergency session of the City Council is held Thursday June 20, 1991, at three seven o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilmen Calista, Doyle, Robert Lynch, William Lynch and Rabbitt; and President Houle presides.

REVIEW OF EXPENDITURES AND PURCHASE ORDERS ARE TAKEN UP:

Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder all Public Building Authority Bills as presented by Lynn Farrell are approved for payment on a unanimous voice vote.

Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder all requisitions submitted by Jack Rahill are approved for payment on a unanimous voice vote.

620      The following Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, to change "THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING PURCHASING AND PAYABLE PROCEDURES" is passed on a unanimous voice vote:

Number 2 is amended by changing meetings days from "Monday, Wednesday and Friday" to "TUESDAY AND THURSDAY."

Upon Motion made by Councilman Vieira, seconded by Councilman Kinder, the Contract for Improvements at Fairlawn Vets Memorial Park and Santos Park is approved on a unanimous voice vote.

Upon Motion made by Councilman Kinder, seconded by Councilman Vieira, the meeting is adjourned at three forty-eight o’clock p.m.
