A special session of the City Council is held Tuesday, July 23, 1991, at three o’clock p.m. All the members are present except Councilmen Robert Lynch, and Rabbitt; President Houle presides.
Also present are James Leach of Arthur Anderson Company; Robert Popeo, Richard Rose, and John Markey representing Mintz Levin Co.
THE CHAIR RECOGNIZES COUNCILMAN BARRY.
Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder, to recess into Executive Session to discuss possible criminal activities and related matters within the City of Pawtucket, is passed on a roll call vote, as follows:
Ayes - President Houle, Councilmembers Barry, Calista, Doyle, Kinder, William Lynch and Vieira.
Noes - 0.
THE COUNCIL RECESSES INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES AND RELATED MATTERS WITHIN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET AT 3:02 PM.
THE COUNCIL RECONVENES IN OPEN SESSION AT 5:05 PM.
REVIEW AND APPROVE INVOICES, PURCHASE REQUISITIONS AND RELATED MATERIALS INCLUDING CHANGE ORDERS IS POSTPONED UNTIL THURSDAY, JULY 25, 1991.
Upon Motion made by Councilman Barry, seconded by Councilman Kinder the meeting is adjourned at five five o’clock p.m.
